Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return request policy. You must raise a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and with tags
• In original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Return Process

• Email us to request a return
• Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available)
• Returns without approval will not be accepted

Charges

• Free return for damaged/wrong items
• For other returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted

Damaged / Wrong Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
• Prepaid: Original payment method
• COD: Bank transfer / UPI

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RTO Policy (COD Orders)

If a COD order is refused or undelivered:

• COD may be restricted for future orders
• Only prepaid orders may be accepted
